Top 2 teams in each pool advance to the “Final 4” double-elimination bracket (10U is single-elimination).
First tiebreaker: Head to Head. Must defeat ALL of the other teams involved in the tie.
Second tiebreaker: Lowest Runs Allowed Ratio (RAR). Applies to all teams involved in the tie.
Top seed from each pool plays second seed from the other pool.
