Register your child for 2023 Spring Baseball with Mountain View Little League by December 31, 2022 to receive a $25 per player discount. We are accepting registrations for boys and girls, ages 4 to 14, in all divisions from T-Ball through Juniors. Registration forms can only be completed online using the online registration page. There are no paper registration forms this year. We request all payments be made using our PayPal payment page, however, cash and check/money order payments can be delivered in-person.

Our next in-person registration event will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Shoreline Athletic Fields where we will be holding our Baseball Fundamentals Skills Clinic. Information about the clinic will be distributed in late-December. We recommend the registration form be completed before arriving at the event.

At the registration events, we can answer questions, verify documents (birth date, MV residency, school registration), and accept payments (such as cash or check).

• Players previously registered with Mtn View Little League do not need to have documents re-verified unless they have moved.
• New players to the league are required to show us:
  • Proof of Birth Date (using a government-issued document such as a birth certificate or passport)
  • Plus one of the following:
    • residency in Mtn View (bill payment, rental agreement, bank statement, etc.) OR
    • enrollment in a Mtn View school (school registration form, report card, etc.)

Please be aware the City of Mountain View does not have wifi at Shoreline Athletic Fields.

HOW DO I GET ADDED TO THE MVLL EMAIL LIST?

If you are not receiving emails from Mountain View Little League, please send an email to subscribe@mvll.org. In the body of the email, please list the age(s) of your budding baseball player(s). Opening Day will be the first Sunday in March.

MVLL is a “not-for-profit” youth sports organization. We are one of the larger Little Leagues in Santa Clara Valley. Founded in 1957, we have thrived with enthusiastic community members volunteering as coaches, umpires, team parents, board members, and the many others who gave hours, upon hours of rewarding, dedicated effort. Thanks to the community, we have maintained our commitment in keeping registration costs as low as possible to ensure families have accessibility to youth baseball. It is through generous sponsors that we are able to support players through scholarships and ensure that all Mountain View kids can play.

This is a big thank you to everyone for helping us celebrate the end of the 2022 Fall Baseball season with MVLL. We were very fortunate in having our player’s parents, family members, guardians, and friends come out to see them play their last game of the season. We are especially thankful to the rain gods for holding back the storm system that was forcasted to arrive Saturday night. The minor sprinkles we received at McKelvey Field were not enough to make the fields unplayable on Sunday and for that we are eternally grateful. We also thank our team managers, assistant coaches, and team supporters because without them, we would not have been able to form teams and help our players prepare for Spring Baseball.

Now that Fall Ball is officially concluded, we can look forward to starting up the 2023 Spring Season. Please look for news announcements about Spring Baseball Registration on this website. Registration begins on Friday, Nov. 11.

Announcing the end-of-the-season event … the Fall Ball Brawl! Last 2 games of the season for our Major and Minor divisions. MV v MV teams. We’re also working on holding a final event for Farm Green earlier on the same day. (Details to be announced.) The McKelvey BBQ will be fired up for grilled burgers and hot dogs for sale in the Snack Shack. NOTE – The Minors will play the first game at 11 and the Majors will play at 2 PM.

The McKelvey Snack Shack is open for all Fall Ball games. We feature reasonably-priced food, drinks, and snacks. The Snack Shack is Cash Only. We do not accept credit cards or online payment methods in order to keep our prices low. We have a hot dog meal special featuring a Hoffy All Beef hot dog, your choice of a bag of chips, and a can of soda for $4 (reg. $4.50).

Mountain View Little League has purchased Big Al’s Backyard Workout Program for the Managers, Coaches and Parents in our league for 2022.

New for 2022, Big Al launched their “Backyard Workout Program” for parents and players. These Backyard Workouts have been added to our Parent 4-8 and Parent 9-12 online programs.
